We easily accommodate these modifications should a client change their mind about materials or design details during any phase of construction. Quality, appropriate materials are found by researching manufacturers products and installation standards in order to determine the materials best suited for each job. Workers receive ongoing training through a company apprenticeship program, which cultivates pride and a desire for excellence in each worker. |

Upfront pricing lends to a customer's sense of clarity and confidence in the quality of the services we provide. The complete cost of the work is included in each project contract and the customer knows the total cost before the project has begun. Except for allotments and/or change orders, as are sometimes requested by the customer, any over-runs in the budget are at our expense. There is no need to worry about unknowns. |
